Applying positive psychology, neuroscience, behavioural therapies, EDMR, EFT, compassion therapy and other wonderful, evidence-based strategies (please see my Therapeutic Approaches page for more information).

With Holistic Coaching, you will gain personal growth and self-awareness like never before, as you learn the power and strategies of real behaviour change from the inside-out; gaining peace, as you break free from old patterns, habits and conditioned responses.

As you go through therapy, you will learn what it is have good spiritual health and have an amazing understanding of the communication channel between our nervous system and brain. You’ll discover the fascinating mind-body connection, and how our thoughts and feelings are linked to behaviours and habits. You’ll understand modern stress, and have tools to show you how to reverse it – ultimately freeing you from whereever you feel stuck.
