We are born with two fears: the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. Every other fear is learned & everything we learn we can unlearn. Most of our lives are created through habit and conditioning. Unfortunately there may be times when something get conditioned in and it isn’t helpful to you. Sometimes a fear or phobia becomes conditioned in during childhood and other times through event’s in our lives, where we feel disempowered or are having emotional difficulty.
When feelings & symptoms become excessive and you can’t escape the distress when exposed to a certain situation or an object or even the thought of it, it may feel like there’s no solution. It may even feel as if you’re a prisoner of your own mind & body.
This feeling of dreadfulness, panic & anxiety may seem unbearable at times, but know that I’m here to help. If you are experiencing these symptoms on an ongoing basis it becomes a signal that the body conditioned response needs to change.
