My Journey

I fell in love with neuroscience, spirituality, and mind/body health, and subscribe to the idea that we are limitless in our potential and can move beyond our conditioning and mental processes. ⁠I believe we are more connected than we are separate so I wanted to create a space that cultivates that.

Why? Because for much of my life, I was unhappy, and I learned that there are many ways to overcome challenges and hope to help guide others who are there now.

I’m a mother to a very loving, curious 11-year-old. He is sweet, funny, and usually my teacher. I am also a wife to an amazing, burly partner, who doesn’t always agree with me but makes me laugh.

I love learning about my work, nutrition, and focusing on solutions. I love a good laugh and if I could spend my whole day laughing, and watching Tik Tok or funny Youtube videos with my son, then I would!

I understand that no two people are the same, and as such I tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clientss – applying an eclectic approach, leaving you feeling fresh and happy, optimistic and motivated.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, or any other issues, I will help you recognize any underlying problems, fully realize your strengths, and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way.

I apply different therapeutic processes in order to help my clients find solutions and overcome unhelpful beliefs; empowering them with practical tools to help cope with challenges, and to feel calmer and less reactive. I’ll work closely with you, seeking to help uncover individual sets of beliefs (attitudes, expectations, and personal rules) that frequently lead to emotional distress.

Our time together will be dedicated to you – leaving you more inspired and connected, within yourself and to those you love. You can expect to feel a better sense of self –one that is less critical and more self-accepting.

My specialisms include: Retraining the Nervous system, anxiety and various anxiety disorders, stress management, depression, trauma, grief, medical issues(trauma) relationship issues, childhood, self-defeating behaviors (i.e. anger, drinking, guilt, shame), and self/acceptance love, conscious parenting, and spiritual growth.

My formal/academic qualifications include a B.A. (Arizona State University, Tempe AZ), Compassion Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Trauma Certification, Practitioner Diploma in Integrative Evidence-Based Clinical Hypnosis, CBT and REBT (ICCHP London), Mental Health Coaching and NLP (Center for Integrative Hypnosis, NY, with Melissa Tiers), Specialising Quantum Psychology and Heart-Centred Therapy and Meditation (Leela School of Awakening, Ashland OR), EFT (Dawson Church, San Diego CA).
