A highly experienced and fully-certified clinical hypnotherapist and holistic coach, I recently moved to the United Kingdom from Sunny Las Vegas. And (just so there are no surprises), yes – I am indeed an American!

With the ongoing concerns surrounding the Covid-19 crisis, much of my work is conducted online – be it session-based, or resource-based.

I offer in-person sessions for those who feel comfortable to attend, but for those who would rather work with me in a virtual setting, I utilise a safe and secure telehealth portal. From time to time, I also create video- or audio-based resources, as exampled by the ‘Deep Relaxation’ audio clip offered here (it’s suitable for adults and teenagers – and for best results, listen daily for 21 days).

My video introduction presented here offers an example of the way I conduct myself via a webcam session or resource. Hopefully, you’ll find my approach calming and soothing, and feel encouraged and emboldened to reach out and say hello – oh, and please excuse the uninvited visitor at thirty seconds in!
